Cabrera Pickleball HUB (“Cabrera Pickleball LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) aims to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all players. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, credits, and no‑shows are handled for court reservations, events, clinics, memberships, and private bookings.
By booking or purchasing any service through our website, reservation platform, or in‑facility, you agree to the terms below.
1. Court Reservations (Private Court Bookings)
Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reservation start time are eligible for a full credit to your account.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non‑refundable.
No‑Shows
No‑shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Late Arrivals
Your reservation time begins and ends as scheduled.
Late arrivals do not extend court time and are not eligible for partial refunds.
2. Open Play, Leagues, and Tournaments
Open Play
Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the session receive a full credit.
Cancellations made within 12 hours are non‑refundable.
Leagues & Tournaments
All league and tournament registrations are final.
No refunds or credits unless Cabrera Pickleball Hub cancels the event.
3. Clinics, Lessons, and Training Sessions
Group Clinics
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the clinic receive a full credit.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non‑refundable.
Private Lessons
Must be canceled 24 hours in advance for a full credit.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no‑shows are non‑refundable.
4. Memberships
General Membership Terms
Membership fees are non‑refundable once purchased.
Memberships are non‑transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Private Events (Birthday Parties, Corporate Rentals, Full Facility Buyouts)
Deposits
Deposits are non‑refundable.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may receive a partial credit at our discretion.
Cancellations made within 14 days are non‑refundable.
Rescheduling
We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Rescheduling does not guarantee a refund.
6. Merchandise Sales
Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale Items
Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
7. Weather‑Related Cancellations
Because Cabrera Pickleball Hub is an indoor facility, weather‑related cancellations are generally not applicable.
If an extreme weather event affects operations, we will issue credits or reschedule at our discretion.
8. Facility‑Initiated Cancellations
If Cabrera Pickleball Hub must cancel a reservation, event, or clinic due to:
Maintenance
Staff availability
Safety concerns
Technical issues
Unexpected closures
You will receive either:
A full credit, or
A rescheduled session, depending on your preference.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
9. How to Request a Refund or Credit
All refund or credit requests must be submitted to:
