Welcome to Cabrera Pickleball Hub (“Cabrera Pickleball LLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (https://cabpb.com), our scheduling and reservation platforms, and any mobile or web applications we may offer (collectively, the “Applications”).

By accessing or using our Applications, booking court time, participating in events, or purchasing services or products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Applications.

1. Use of Our Applications

You may use our Applications only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the Applications

- Use the Applications for fraudulent or harmful purposes

By booking court time, clinics, open play, leagues, tournaments, or private events, you agree to:

- Follow all facility rules and staff instructions

- Use the facility safely and respectfully

- Arrive on time for your reservation or event

- Accept that late arrivals may reduce your play time

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel reservations or events when necessary (e.g., maintenance, emergencies, staffing).

A separate Cancellation & Refund Policy may apply.

4. Memberships

Memberships may include benefits such as discounted court time, priority booking, or exclusive events. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits may change with notice.

Memberships are non‑transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Facility Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, all guests must:

- Treat others with respect

- Refrain from abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior

- Follow posted rules and staff instructions

- Use equipment responsibly

We may remove or ban individuals who violate facility rules.

6. Payments

All payments for reservations, memberships, merchandise, and services must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through secure third‑party processors such as Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms and privacy policies.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

7. Merchandise Sales

We may sell paddles, balls, apparel, and other accessories. All merchandise sales are subject to availability.

Returns or exchanges may be governed by a separate Return Policy

8. Photos, Videos, and Media

By entering our facility, you acknowledge that:

- Photos or videos may be taken for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes

- You may request not to be photographed or recorded

- We will honor reasonable requests to remove identifiable images upon request

We do not guarantee removal of content already shared by third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our Applications—including logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and software—is owned by Cabrera Pickleball Hub or licensed to us.

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Pickleball and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including injury. By participating in activities at our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabrera Pickleball Hub is not liable for:

- Injuries or accidents occurring on the premises

- Loss or damage to personal property

- Actions of other participants

A separate Liability Waiver may be required for certain activities.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Applications and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

- Uninterrupted access

- Error‑free operation

- Accuracy of information

- Availability of specific services or features

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabrera Pickleball Hub is not liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Loss of data, revenue, or profits

- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Applications or services

14. Indemnification
